Purpose
There’re multiple risks can happen during the filming stage therefore it is essential to predict these risks and come up with solutions for the filming process to flow smoothly
External scene factors
1) Weather conditions: cloudy, too sunny
2) Too much background noise => not creating a good scene
Internal scene factors
1) The elevator might be too crowded => unable to film and might affect the residents around
2) Staircase only allows access in case of emergency => need informed consent
3) Elevator is fixing
Actor risks
1) Health issues => affect the filming schedule
2) The actor/actress is late => which affects the filming schedule
3) Actor collapse while filming => prepare food and water for actors
Others
1) Camera out of battery => Bring an extra battery
2) Props not arrive on time => Prepare something to replace the props
3) Props are broken/damaged during filming => find a substitute
