Poster analysis
The direction of looking: All of the characters are looking backwards showing there may be something or someone behind them, The horror on their face shows that the thing or the someone they're looking for must be very horrifying and tremendous
The color red: It's strong and bold, It appears in the title of the film and on the door which shows the colour red is one of the main focuses of the film and may suggest to the viewer that this colour will appear in the movie multiple times. In a horror film, the colour red also represents blood
The atmosphere: Dark and has smoke => showing the mysterious feeling and the coldness of the atmosphere. There's a guy holding the lamp which also means that the place lacks light
The position standing of each character: Closest to the viewers is a guy wearing a jacket next is another guy holding the lamp and following are the 2 ladies. This can reveal that the main characters will be the two guys closest to the viewers, however, the guy that has a jacket is the closest can mean that the movie plot will mostly revolve around him.
