Shot reverse shot 



Dutch tilt angle:
The angle shot is diagonal, emphasising annoyed facial expressions, and confused looks or sometimes triggering the thoughts of the character 



Low angle shot: makes the subject look more powerful, making the viewer feel small 



High-angle shot: makes the subject seem vulnerable and powerless in some situation 



pan: camera moves left and right

 tilt: camera moves up and down

 

Depth of field

uses: focus the attention, of the viewer,

shallow focus

Light

Key light: 

Backlight:

Soft light: diffuses to the scene 

hard light: is complementary, and much more dramatic. Use for horror 

Put light as a background to create a different atmosphere that looks 

Golden hour: diffuse light when sunset or sunrise to create people dissolve in the scenery. More dramatic/ romantic scene
